Mangayarkarasi College is dedicated to the cause of education for women and endeavors to develop their finest potentialities according to their capacities and there by prepare them to take their place in domestic, social and national life effectively and efficiently.
Our college is located at Paravai, Madurai North Taluk. The Campus is bestowed with a pastoral atmosphere of classic beauty of nature, spreading over a vast area of 75 acres providing a pleasant and calm environment.
It is a matter of pride that this college was founded on 1st Sep. 1997 by the great visionary and philanthropist Amarar Pitchaiah Pillai originally with just two UG courses - B.Com. and B.Sc. (C.S). At present our College offers seven UG courses and two PG courses in different disciplines. Our Mangayarkarasi College is a self-financing institution affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University.
