Application should be made in the prescribed application form.
For each degree course, a separate application should be submitted.
A sum of Rs.50/- should be paid in cash towards the charges for prospectus & application form for any under graduate course / Rs.125/- for Post Graduate course.
Three post cards should be attached with the application form.
The application form should be filled by the applicant herself.
Attested copies of the following certificates should be attached with the application form.
Statement of marks of X & XII
Transfer Certificate
Community Certificate
Conduct Certificate
Attendance Certificate
The original certificates should be produced at the time of interview.
The original certificates surrendered in the office at the time of admission will not be returned. Hence the candidates are advised to take sufficient number of attested copies of their certificates before they surrender the certificates.
The student should affix a pass port size photograph in her application form. The photograph must have been taken within a period of two months before the submission of the application. Student also should submit 2 more similar passport size photographs along with her application.
Incomplete, ineligible and defective applications will be rejected.
Candidates should pay all the fees on admission otherwise she will entail the loss of her seat.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
The last date of submission of the filled in application is 20 days from the date of issue of XII mark statements.
